Miniature Models and Fabric doorstops.
During September and October the group has focused on creating doorstops and miniature models. Funky fabric was chosen for two designs: heart potpourri hangers and cat doorstops. Each client followed a template design, expertly sewed the pieces together and the end product are wonderful handmade creations for each person’s home or a gift. It was a satisfying project that brightens the room.
We were lucky to have Graeme from 436 Model Shop assist some clients on the construction of miniature transport models. We had a good number to choose from contemporary to vintage ships, aircraft, tanks & cars. Everyone was engrossed in the little models and we can’t wait to see the finished products.
